Nancy is a leadership development consultant and executive coach with 25 years of business experience in both large and entrepreneurial environments. She works with executives and teams across a wide variety of industries including health care, technology, marketing, non profits, law and sales. The focus of her work is on personal and organizational effectiveness, team building, leadership and strategic management. Nancy’s experience leading strategy and marketing organizations at Visa USA, Levi Strauss & Co, Dreyer’s Ice Cream and Crown Zellerbach, and her understanding of the challenges leaders face in health care and other industries enable her to bring insights and practical approaches to her clients. Nancy has a Masters of Business Administration , and a BA in Sociology. She is a member of the International Coach Federation and a graduate from the International Coach Academy as a Certified Professional Coach.
