Theresa is currently the Director, Human Resources for Adify, a vertical ad network management and media services company in San Bruno, CA. A human resources executive with more than 20 years of diverse industry experience, Theresa focuses on increasing leadership and employee effectiveness and managing corporate risk by providing excellent employee relations, training, coaching, staffing, policy development, and strategic business partnering. Prior to Adify, Theresa served as the Senior Manager of Employee Relations and HR Operations for LECG, a Global Expert Services Firm and Human Resources Manager for the Bay Area offices of Mercer Human Resources Consulting. Theresa joined Mercer from TriNet, the premier provider of HR outsourcing. At TriNet, she functioned as Employee Relations Manager, Director of National Human Resources, and Sr. HRIS Consultant. Theresa’s earlier positions included Director of Human Resources for InterMedia Partners and Employment Manager at KQED, Inc. Theresa holds a Bachelors degree from Emerson College in Boston, MA and previously held board positions for the Northern California Human Resources Association, the Golden Gate Chapter of American Women in Radio and Television, and Cross Cultural Family Center. Theresa lives in San Francisco with her husband Tom, and their cat Julius.
