Salesforce Administrator
Hours: 6-8 per week

Job Description:
The Women’s Community Clinic has transitioned to using Salesforce CRM to track donor and volunteer relationships. The system has been thoroughly implemented over a two year period. The Salesforce Administrator will be responsible for a variety of tasks, which will include: providing individual and group trainings to non-technical members of staff, designing role and permission structures, writing documentation, general trouble shooting, creating and managing reports, and customization and supporting ongoing tuser adoption.

Job Qualifications:
The Women’s Community Clinic is seeking an experienced, resourceful, responsible, detail-oriented, and creative Salesforce Administrator. The ideal candidate will have excellent project management skills, experience with nonprofit database implementations, and enthusiasm for training new users. Experience working with nonprofit organizations that use Salesforce CRM for volunteer or donor management is highly desired. Candidates must describe themselves as Salesforce “power users.” Salesforce Certified (Administrator, Consultant or Developer) preferred. Candidates should also be comfortable working in a women’s clinic and in a pro-choice environment. Interest and enthusiasm for the mission of the Clinic is a definite plus.
